The latest generations of smartphones and tablets enable users to capture high-quality images and videos. Still, high-resolution files are almost always associated with large size. For this reason, it may be quite challenging to send multiple pictures or clips because most email clients do not support large attachments.

Filemail aims to solve that problem. The app helps you share big files from within a straightforward interface in just a few seconds. First of all, you should add the recipient's email and your address, next mention the subject, and write an optional message. Then, tap the plus button to attach photos and videos from your device. After upload, press the send symbol and specify whether you want those files to be available for a day or a week.

The recipient gets a download link in their inbox and can begin the data transfer immediately. Besides that, you receive a confirmation message and get the chance to see the number of downloads at any time.

Apart from emails, the Android solution enables users to send photos, videos, or documents through short URLs. The only thing they have to do after attaching files is to share links via WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or other tools.

• Each user on a BUSINESS plan gets 1TB of storage space

• Each user on an ENTERPRISE plan gets 5TB of storage space

• Storage space is counted per user - so in a BUSINESS plan with 3 users in a company each user gets 1TB of storage. This space cannot be shared across users.

Large File Transfer

• Presa paint brushes. Each user gets a very quick overview of the used storage in the top bar and on the profile page.

• Company admins on BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE plans will have overview of all users and their current usage, with the possibility to clean up (delete) selected transfers.

• All BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE users can store permanent data (i.e. data that never expire) exactly as before. These files will permanently occupy space on the account of the sender (or receiver - in case of Incoming files).

• When a user stores more data than current storage limit - this user won’t be able to send or receive more transfers.

• In order to free up storage space a user needs to either delete transfers (via Inbox or Outbox) or wait until they expire (it’s also possible to adjust expiration date of each transfer).

• When users need to store data above their current limit the Filemail account must be upgraded to a higher plan. When the account is on an ENTERPRISE plan already and there is need to store more than 5TB per user - please contact us at support@filemail.com.
